Goran Dominioni is participating in the CAPE team as a Consultant. He has previously worked on the political economy and administration of environmental taxation for the World Bank Macroeconomics, Trade and Investment Global Practice and on carbon taxation in international trade for the Carbon Pricing Leadership Coalition. He holds a PhD (summa cum laude) from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Hamburg University. Before joining the World Bank, Goran has been a Visiting Researcher at University of Copenhagen as well as Cornell University and won a prize from MIT for his policy design work on carbon taxation.
